Compensation includes a $1,500/month base retainer plus a $500 bonus for each successfully launched competition. Additionally, this role includes a commission on all job placements originating from your campus competitions. Top performers can expect to earn over $5,000 per month.

The Role

You'll be the face and engine of StackedHR on your campus. This isn't about handing out flyers—you'll be orchestrating major hiring competitions where 300+ students compete for real jobs at companies like Google, McKinsey, and the hottest startups. Your mission is to make StackedHR the undisputed way top companies hire from your university.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage monthly hiring competitions with high-profile corporate sponsors.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with 3-5 of the most influential student organizations on campus.
  • Drive 200+ participants to each competition through creative, high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Own relationships with recruiters from Fortune 500 firms and unicorn startups.
  • Create viral content from competitions to generate campus-wide buzz.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of 3-5 student ambassadors as you scale operations.

Must Haves

Essential requirements for this position

  • Currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior at a university
  • Availability to commit 15-20 hours per week
  • Demonstrated influence within at least two student organizations
  • Experience organizing events with 50+ attendees
  • Strong existing network across various student groups on campus
  • Proven track record of executing projects from concept to completion
  • Strong belief in merit-based hiring and talent discovery

Nice to Haves

Preferred qualifications and extras

  • Current or former President/board member of a major student organization
  • Experience running hackathons, case competitions, or similar large-scale events
  • Existing relationships with the university's career services department
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit or ambition to start a company
