The Role
We are looking for a creative and ambitious Design & Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping StackedHR's visual narrative. You will work directly with our leadership to create compelling design materials, impactful pitch decks, and professional client-facing collateral that communicates our value to potential investors and customers. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of design, marketing, and cutting-edge AI technology.
What You'll Do
- Design and refine pitch decks for investor meetings and sales presentations.
- Create a range of marketing and sales materials, including one-pagers, case studies, and social media graphics.
- Utilize Figma and AI-powered tools like Recraft to produce high-quality, on-brand visual assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all external communications.
- Contribute to branding initiatives and help evolve our visual identity.
Must Haves
Essential requirements for this position
- A strong portfolio showcasing design skills, particularly in creating presentations, pitch decks, or marketing materials.
- Proficiency in modern design software, specifically Figma.
- Demonstrable experience with or a strong interest in learning AI-powered design tools like Recraft.
- A keen eye for design, layout, typography, and brand consistency.
Nice to Haves
Preferred qualifications and extras
- Previous internship experience in a tech or startup environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing and branding principles.
- Experience creating materials for B2B audiences, investors, or clients.
- Familiarity with the HR tech landscape.
