Full Stack Engineer (Generative AI)

We empower coaches and high-ticket businesses on Instagram by scoring and prioritizing their DMs, using deep enrichment to provide context on every person they talk to. The Role

As a Full Stack Engineer focused on Generative AI, you will be instrumental in building the core intelligence of the Hotbox platform. You will work alongside our founding engineers to develop our codebase, leveraging best practices to create a product our users can't live without. This role requires a high degree of ownership, allowing you to shape core product features from concept to production.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features using Next.js, React 19, and TypeScript.
• Architect and implement sophisticated AI-powered features for intent analysis, DM scoring, and automated summarization using the Vercel AI SDK and other modern AI tools.
• Own the development and maintenance of our core real-time sync engine, ensuring seamless and reliable data flow between platforms.
• Integrate third-party data enrichment services to provide our users with deep, actionable insights about their contacts.
• Work closely with the founding team to understand core user needs and translate them into robust, well-crafted technical solutions.

What You'll Need

• The Non-Negotiables:

  • Deep experience with Next.js and the React ecosystem, specifically with emerging features in React 19.
  • Proven experience building applications using the Vercel AI SDK or similar LLM integration frameworks.
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining robust, real-time data synchronization engines.
  • High proficiency in TypeScript and a commitment to writing clean, scalable code.
  • A strong sense of product ownership and a dedication to high-quality craft, from architecture to UI.

• The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with data enrichment APIs and services.
  • Familiarity with the Instagram API or other social media platform APIs.
  • Background in building B2B SaaS tools, especially for sales, coaching, or e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of vector databases and their application in AI-powered features.
