About the Role
Join the ANTLER HACK 2025 Founder-Led Hackathon
Antler is bringing top technical builders together with our current Founders-in-Residence for an intense day of building. This isn't your typical hackathon. You’ll tackle real, pre-vetted startup challenges submitted by Antler founders, form a team, and build a rapid prototype.
For our founders, it’s a chance to scout and meet exceptional technical talent. For you, it’s an opportunity to showcase your skills, collaborate directly with founders, and explore potential co-founder or early team roles in a venture-backed startup.
Who You Are:
- A software engineer, data scientist, or designer who is eager to build fast and solve hard problems.
- A technical innovator interested in joining or co-founding a startup.
- A builder who wants hands-on experience solving real challenges faced by early-stage companies.

Must Haves
Essential requirements for this position
- Proven experience as a software engineer, data scientist, or designer.
- Ability to build and ship functional prototypes under tight deadlines.
- Strong interest in early-stage startups and solving real-world problems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

- Previous hackathon experience.
